| Abstract (German): | In diesem Beitrag wird zum einen der Frage nachgegangen, welcher Praktiken sich Lehrkräfte am Gymnasium im Spannungsfeld von Inklusion und Exklusion bedienen, um Differenz im Unterricht herzustellen. Zum anderen wird danach gefragt, wie Bezugnahmen der Schüler*innen auf die Exklusion der Lehrkräfte erfolgen und in der Interaktion explizit werden. Dazu werden im Anschluss an ethnografische Beobachtungen mittels Grounded Theory zwei zentrale Praktiken von Lehrkräften eines inklusiven Gymnasiums herausgearbeitet, die Differenz de-thematisieren und Exklusion maskieren. Dabei können die hier rekonstruierten Praktiken als eine sinnhafte Struktur pädagogischen Handelns im Spannungsfeld von Inklusion und Exklusion verstanden werden, die Differenz und Exklusion maskieren bzw. de-thematisieren, um die soziale Ordnung des Unterrichts nicht zu gefährden. | Abstract (English): | On the one hand, the paper investigates the research question of which practices teachers of Gymnasium (academic track, secondary school) make use of in order to produce differences in the classroom. On the other hand, it is asked how students refer to the exclusionary practices of the teachers and how this becomes explicit in the interaction. Therefore, two central practices of teachers at an inclusive secondary school will be elaborated using grounded theory and ethnographic observations, which divert difference and mask exclusion. The diverting and masking practices can be understood as a meaningful structure of pedagogy within a tense field of inclusion and exclusion, making differences and exclusion, or diverting them, so as not to endanger the social order of teaching.
