| Abstract (German): | Arbeitspsychologische Untersuchungen über Mensch-Computer Interaktion im Betrieb überschneiden sich mit pädagogischen Fragestellungen nach Formen und Unterstützungsmöglichkeiten autodidaktischen Lernens. In diesem Artikel werden handlungstheoretische und arbeitspsychologische Konzepte zur Bewertung von Arbeitstätigkeiten auf autodidaktisches Lernen übertragen. Es wird erörtert, wie autodidaktische Lernprojekte einen Beitrag zur Humanisierung des Arbeitslebens leisten können. Anhand einer Reihe von Untersuchungen werden Hinweise für Unterstützungsmöglichkeiten autodidaktischen Lernens im Betrieb gegeben. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | Investigations in the fields of human-computer interaction and work psychology relate strongly to research questions about autodidactic learning raised by instructional psychologists. This article explores the use of Job criteria - formulated within the fields of action theory and work psychology - for an evaluation of autodidactic learning. It is discussed how autodidactic learning projects can promote the humanization of working life. A series of investigations is described that give directions for the support of autodidactic learning at work. (DIPF/Orig.) |
