| Abstract (German): | Der "Jahresrückblick" greift als zentrales Thema des abgelaufenen Jahres die Corona-Pandemie als eine Krise auf, die nahezu alle Lebensverhältnisse berührt. Als Sonde nutzt der Beitrag das Generalthema dieses Jahrbuchs: "Zukunft - Stand jetzt". Zeitlich auf die Monate um den Jahreswechsel fokussiert, befragt er Diskurse von der Lokalzeitung bis zur soziologischen Zeitdiagnose nach ihren impliziten oder expliziten Zukunftshorizonten. Dabei begegnet der Beitrag fürsorglichem Optimismus von oben wie Zukunfts-Skepsis von unten, der alles durchdringenden Besetzung durch Corona wie der willkürlichen Leugnung, der Hoffnung auf ein gesellschaftliches Lernen wie der illusionslosen Analyse der Bedingungen einer Transformation, die ein Rettungsweg aus den globalen Krisenlagen sein könnte. | Abstract (English): | The "Annual Review" takes up the corona pandemic as a central theme of the past year as a crisis that affects almost all living conditions. The article uses the general theme of this yearbook as a probe: "Future – Stand now". Focusing on the months around the turn of the year, he asks discourses from local newspapers to sociological time diagnosis about their implicit or explicit future horizons. The contribution encounters caring optimism from above and skepticism about the future from below, it encounters the all-pervasive occupation by Corona such as arbitrary denial, the hope of social learning processes such as the illusion-free analysis of the conditions of a transformation that would be a way to escape from the global crisis.
