| Abstract (English): | After the neo-liberal reorganisation of the social services, empirical studies in London schools have shown that it is difficult to claim that the introduction of market elements are compatible with greater equity, in particular the consequences in terms of social costs and shifts of pedagogical values. An examination of these may helpfully contribute to discussions in Germany. (DIPF/Orig.) |
