| Abstract (German): | Fast zehn Jahre nach der Wende kann der Transformationsprozeß, der sich im Bildungsbereich der ostdeutschen Länder vollzogen hat, analysiert und kritisch bewertet werden. Es wird die These vertreten, daß die Modalitäten dieser Systemtransformation einen Ost-West-Reformdialog verhindert haben und bei der ostdeutschen Lehrerschaft psychosoziale Blockaden auslösen mußten. Mögliche Auswege aus dieser Situation werden aufgezeigt. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | After nearly ten years of peaceful transformation processes in the field of schooling and education in East Germany a critical analysis is made into the connection of system transformation and school transformation. The approach to system transformation gave rise to certain obstacles in the East-West dialogues. It is emphasized that these obstacles led to psycho-social blocks among the East German teachers. Progress in learning from each other did not take place and the reform of schooling and teaching was hindered. Some possible ways out of this dilemma are described. (DIPF/Orig.) |
