| Abstract (German): | Forschungsergebnisse deuten darauf hin, dass die Entwicklung von angemessenen Teilchenvorstellungen bei Schülerinnen und Schülern um so besser gelingt, je stärker die Fähigkeit zum Denken in Modellen ausgeprägt ist. Es wurde daher eine Unterrichtskonzeption erarbeitet, die für die Einführung des Teilchenmodells einen Unterrichtsgang vorschlägt, in dem der Prozess der Modellbildung eine herausragende Rolle spielt. Nach der Beschreibung des Forschungsstandes und der Unterrichtskonzeption (Mikelskis-Seifert & Fischler 2003) gibt der folgende Bericht die wichtigsten Resultate der Evaluation wieder. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | Results of research in science education indicate that the ability of thinking in models could be a key for the adequate understanding of the particulate structure of matter. For this a special teaching unit, which has at its center the development and promotion of thought processes in and with models during the introduction into the micro-world, was constructed. After a description of research about the particulate structure of matter and the elucidation of our teaching concept (see Mikelskis-Seifert & Fischler 2003) the following article reports on the most important results of our evaluation study.
