| Abstract (German): | Der vorliegende Beitrag bietet eine theoretische Ausführung zum Thema „Selbstreguliertes Lernen“. Auf Basis eines bereits bestehenden Modells – dem Prozessmodell nach Schmitz et al. (2007) – wird in dem Artikel ein Unterrichtskonzept vorgestellt, das einerseits Lernende bei einem selbstständigen Lernprozess unterstützen soll und andererseits Lerninhalte aus dem Ernährungsbereich mit einem praktischen Bezug zur Lebenswelt verbindet – am Beispiel Lernen mit Lebensmitteletiketten. | Abstract (English): | This article offers a theoretical presentation of “self-regulated learning”. Based on an existing model – process model according to Schmitz et al. (2007) – the article presents a teaching concept that on the one hand supports learners in an independent learning process and on the other hand combines learning content from the field of nutrition with a practical reference to the living world, for example learning with food labels.
