| Abstract (German): | Das Projekt „Schule für alle“ wird bereits seit 1994 als Patenschaftsbzw. Schüler:innenhilfeprojekt im Rahmen der Lehrer:innenbildung an der Universität Bielefeld angeboten. Die Projektidee ist unverändert aktuell: Lehramtsstudierende begleiten über zwei Semester ein Grundschulkind im schulischen und außerschulischen Bereich, worin Potenziale für alle Beteiligten liegen. Dieses Buch stellt die theoretische und praxisorientierte Konzeption sowie Umsetzungsmöglichkeiten der fallbasierten Projektarbeit dar. Der Fokus auf die Perspektiven der verschiedenen Akteur:innen lässt die Projektarbeit lebendig werden und bietet umfassende Einblicke in die Chancen und Erfolge aber auch mögliche Grenzen und Schwierigkeiten eines Patenschaftsprojekts. | Abstract (English): | The project “Schule für alle” is a mentoring project of the Faculty of Educational Science at Bielefeld University, which has been running for 30 years and makes significant contributions to university teacher training as well as support for primary school children. For students, it combines practical experiences with theoretical reflection and raises awareness of educational disadvantages. The individual case work enables primary school pupils to receive individual and personalized support for school-related and extracurricular content and activities based on a trusting relationship. Taking into account theoretical and empirical findings, this publication explains the conducive and supportive framework conditions of the project concept for both groups: students and children, based on content-related and structural orientations. The aim of this project documentation is to provide the theoretical foundation, the practice-oriented conception and the implementation of case-based project work, as well as its potential for the various groups involved.
