| Abstract (German): | Individualität kann sich nur dadurch als einzigartig und besonders erleben, indem sie Member in unterschiedlichen sozialen Gruppierungen ist. Dieses umfassende Verständnis der Membership-Perspektive, in der die und der Einzelne - wechselseitig und existenziell - Teil des jeweils anderen wird, wird hier als Mutualität bezeichnet. Für die Soziale Arbeit eröffnet dieses normative Konzept ein relationales Professionsverständnis, das quer zu organisationalen oder handlungsfeldbezogenen Zuordnungen eine Praxis von hilfreichen Gruppen aus pädagogischen Fachkräften und Adressat/innen ermöglicht. Bezugspunkt ist das gemeinsame Hervorbringen von etwas Neuem in einem dialogischen Transformations- und Relationierungsprozess der professionellen Handlungssituation. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | Individuality can only experience itself as unique and special by being a member of different social groups. This comprehensive understanding of the membership perspective, in which the individual - mutually and existentially - becomes part of the other, is referred to here as mutuality. For social work, this normative concept opens up a relational understanding of the profession that enables a practice of helpful groups of professionals and recipients that transcends organizational or field-related classifications. The point of reference is the joint creation of something new in a dialogical transformation and relationalization process of the professional action situation. (DIPF/Orig.) |
