| Abstract (German): | Das Paper befasst sich mit der Nutzung und Adaption des Kompetenzklassifikationssystems „ESCO“ anhand der Erfahrungen mit spezifischen Anwendungsfällen in der beruflichen Bildung. Dafür wurde eine Umfrage unter Förderprojekten des Innovationswettbewerbs INVITE durchgeführt und ausgewertet. Das Paper diskutiert sowohl die von den Projekten berichteten Notwendigkeiten der Anpassung von ESCO als auch Herausforderungen und weitere Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten in diesem Bereich. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | The paper deals with the use and adaptation of the “ESCO” competence classification system based on experience with specific use cases in vocational education and training. To this end, a survey was conducted and evaluated among projects funded in the INVITE innovation competition. The paper discusses both the need to adapt ESCO as reported by the projects and the challenges and further development opportunities in this area. (Authors) |
