| Abstract (German): | Dieser Artikel soll einen Beitrag zur Entwicklung eines Urteilskompetenz-Modells für die Ernährungs- und Verbraucher*innenbildung (EVB) leisten. Erste hermeneutische Analysen zeichnen eine Analogie im Verständnis von Urteilsbildung zum Verständnis des Gegenstandsbereichs als einem mehrdimensionalen. Urteilsfähigkeit soll mehrperspektivisch und multidimensional gedacht werden. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | This article aims to make a first contribution to the development of a judgement competence model for nutrition and consumer education. First hermeneutic analyses draw an analogy to the understanding of the field in the conception of the model. Judgement competence should be thought of in a multi-perspective and multi-dimensional way. (DIPF/Orig.) |
