| Abstract (German): | Ernährungs- und Verbraucher (EVB) wird im Sachunterricht als ein vielperspektivisch zu thematisierender Inhaltsbereich verhandelt. Vielperspektivität kann als eine didaktische Kernkategorie des Sachunterrichts gesehen werden. Dabei bleibt sie in ihrer Begriffsauslegung weitläufig. In diesem Artikel wird sich dem Begriff „Vielperspektivität“ gewidmet – mit Bezügen zur EVB. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | Nutrition and consumer education are treated as multi-perspectival content areas in General Education (“Sachunterricht”). Multi-perspectivity can be seen as a dialectical core category of General Studies. Yet it remains broad in its conceptual interpretation. This article is dedicated to the term “multi-perspectivity” – with references to nutrition and consumer education. (DIPF/Orig.) |
