| Abstract (German): | Das globale Ernährungssystem steht vor zahlreichen Herausforderungen in Hinblick auf verschiedene Nachhaltigkeitsdimensionen, darunter Gesundheit, Umwelt, Soziales und Tierwohl. Ernährungspolitische Maßnahmen können zum Adressieren dieser Herausforderungen beitragen. Im vorliegenden Beitrag soll dargestellt werden, was solche Maßnahmen zu komplexen Interventionen macht, und was hieraus für die Umsetzung und die Evaluation entsprechender Maßnahmen folgt. | Abstract (English): | The global food system faces numerous challenges with regard to various dimensions of sustainability, including health, the environment, social issues and animal welfare. Food policy measures can contribute to addressing these challenges.
