| Abstract (German): | Das BMBF-geförderte Verbundvorhaben untersucht informelle kulturelle Praktiken Jugendlicher und ihre lokalen und digitalen Bezüge. Über einen qualitativ-rekonstruktiven Zugang wird der Frage nachgegangen, wie Jugendliche durch miteinander verbundene digitale und ortsgebundene kulturelle Praktiken, Ausdrucksformen und Aneignungsweisen Räume und Arrangements kultureller Bildung herstellen. In der Studie werden regionale Disparitäten sowohl im Vergleich der kommunalen Sozialstruktur der Städte Dortmund, Halle (Saale) und Hamburg als auch auf Ebene der Stadtteile vergleichend in den Blick genommen. | Abstract (English): | The collaborative research project, funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF), examines informal cultural practices of adolescents and their local and digital relations. Through a qualitative–reconstructive approach, the study investigates how young people create spaces and arrangements of cultural education through interconnected digital and place-based cultural practices, forms of expression, and modes of appropriation. The study takes a comparative look at regional disparities both in terms of the municipal social structure of the German cities of Dortmund, Halle (Saale) and Hamburg and at the district level within each respective city.
