| Abstract (German): | Als Teil des globalen Rahmenprogramms „BNE 2030“ sind Bildungsinstitutionen dazu aufgerufen, sich selbst als Lern- und Erfahrungsraum für Nachhaltigkeit zu entwickeln (Whole School Approach, WSA). Im vorliegenden Beitrag werden erste Erkenntnisse in der praktischen Umsetzung eines WSA an Berufskollegs auf Grundlage einer Interviewstudie dargestellt und am Beispiel des Berufsfelds Ernährung und Hauswirtschaft beleuchtet. | Abstract (English): | As part of the global “ESD for 2030” framework programme, educational institutions are called upon to develop themselves as learning and experience spaces for sustainability Whole School Approach, WSA).
