| Abstract (German): | In diesem Beitrag wird der Gedanke verfolgt, dass durch die Überfrachtung des E-Learning mit Potenzialen der Verbesserung traditioneller Lehr-Lern-Zusammenhänge der eigentliche Kern von E-Learning verloren geht. Gezeigt wird dies an der mangelnden Verknüpfung von Medien- und Fernstudiendidaktik, der bisher fehlenden Didaktisierung des Blended Learning, einer zunehmenden Exklusivität der neuen Lernkultur und letztlich an einer stark durch ökonomische Effizienz- und Effektivitätskriterien beeinflussten Debatte um E-Learning. Es kann mit dieser Argumentation die These aufgestellt werden, dass mit dem Begriff E-Learning eine virtuelle Bildungswirklichkeit simuliert wird. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | The author argues that, due to the overloading of E-learning with potentials to improve traditional teaching-learning-relations, the actual core of E-learning is lost. This is made evident by the deficient connection between the didactics of media and that of open university courses, the lack of a didactics of blended learning, an increasing exclusivity of the new learning culture, and finally, the strong influence of efficiency- and efficacy-criteria on the debate on E-learning. This line of reasoning allows to postulate the thesis that the concept of E-learning simulates a virtual educational reality. (DIPF/Orig.) |
