| Abstract (German): | Auf Basis der Befundlage einer interaktionsanalytischen Untersuchung der Ausbildungspraxis in den Studien- und Fachseminaren im Referendariat reflektiert der Beitrag die sich empirisch darstellende Zuständigkeitsproblematik dieser Institution und arbeitet deren Implikationen für die interaktive Ausgestaltung der Ausbildungspraxis heraus. Im Rekurs auf ein Fallbeispiel werden deprofessionalisierende Tendenzen der sozialisatorischen Interaktion aufgezeigt und zum Ausgangspunkt eines gedankenexperimentellen Entwurfs anschlussfähiger Handlungsalternativen genommen. Auf dessen Grundlage wird schließlich ein Vorschlag zur produktiven Bearbeitung der Problematik zur Diskussion gestellt. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | German teacher education involves a phase of training on the job after university, which includes mentored practical experience in regular schools and its reflection in the context of the so called "Studienseminar". The latter has an in-between status between university and school, which leads to specific problems concerning the practice of interaction. Based on an empirical case study the article elaborates tendencies of deprofessionalization and discusses the actual emerging alternatives of action and their potentials concerning the professionalization process.
