| Abstract (German): | Der Erfolg einer inklusiven Schulentwicklung ist nicht in erster Linie von Strukturfragen des Bildungssystems abhängig, sondern in viel höherem Maße von der Qualität der pädagogischen Arbeit in Schulen. Deshalb stand in einer Teilstudie des „Begleitforschungsprojektes inklusive Schulentwicklung (B!S)“ in Bayern (Heimlich, Kahlert, Lelgemann & Fischer 2016) die Untersuchung des Zusammenhangs von Inklusion und Qualität im Mittelpunkt. Insbesondere wird der Frage nachgegangen, inwieweit Indikatoren für eine inklusive Schule entwickelt werden können. Dazu wurde eine eigene Qualitätsskala inklusive Schulentwicklung (QU!S) für geschulte Rater neu konstruiert und an über 70 inklusiven Schulen des Schulversuches erprobt. Im Folgenden wird der Prozess der Entwicklung dieser Qualitätsskala dargestellt und ein Überblick über die Ergebnisse der Schulen mit dem Profil Inklusion gegeben. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | Inclusive school development is not only a problem of the structure of educational systems but in a much higher grade a problem of the quality of the pedagogical work in schools. Therefore the connection between inclusion and quality was in the main focus within a research project on inclusive school development in Bavaria (Heimlich, Kahlert, Lelgemann & Fischer, 2016). The question was to find out whether it is possible to develop indicators for the inclusive quality of schools. The „Quality Scale for Inclusive School Development (QU!S)“ was constructed and proved in over 70 inclusive schools. In the following the process of constructing the QU!S will be described and an overview about the results of the bavarian inclusive schools will be given. (DIPF/Orig.) |
