| Abstract (German): | In diesem Beitrag wird aufgezeigt, wie die Methodologie der Grounded Theory (Strauss/Corbin 1996) und das interpretative Paradigma der Dokumentarischen Methode (Bohnsack 2003) systematisch miteinander kombiniert werden können. Ziel der Studie ist es, berufsspezifische, charakteristische Lern- und Mediennutzungsmuster beruflich Pflegendender zu rekonstruieren, um anschließend Hinweise für pädagogische Implikationen abzuleiten. Das Forschungsparadigma der Grounded Theory dient als übergeordneter Forschungsstil, die Auswertung der Rohdaten erfolgt mit Hilfe des vierstufigen Auswertungsverfahrens der Dokumentarischen Methode. Zusammengeführt werden beide Ansätze in einer Basistypik berufsbezogenen (medialen) Lernens in der Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege. Die mit Hilfe von 14 teilstandardisierten Interviews herausgearbeiteten drei berufsbiografischen Lernmuster sind das Ergebnis einer sinngenetischen Typisierung (vgl. Nentwig-Gesemann 2007, S. 279) sowie des abduktiven Schlussfolgerns (vgl. Strübing 2008, S. 45). (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | This article explores a good practice example for the systematic combination of Grounded Theory (Strauss/Corbin 1996) and the Documentary Method (Bohnsack 2003). This study seeks to reconstruct the characteristic patterns of learning and media use by employees in the healthcare sector and to identify any implications of educational interest. While the paradigm of Grounded Theory serves as the research framework, the data are analyzed according to the four research steps outlined in the Documentary Method. The two approaches combine to identify the characteristic types of occupational (medial) learning in medical and health care. Fourteen qualitative interviews are used to identify three comprehensive occupational-biographical patterns of learning as the result of sense-genetic typification (Nentwig-Gesemann 2007, S. 279) and abductive reasoning (Strübing 2008, S. 45).
