| Abstract (German): | In diesem Beitrag wird ein analytischer Zugang zur Identifikation, Legitimation und Etablierung derjenigen schulischen Spezialfunktionen vorgeschlagen, die zu einer organisationsorientierten Funktionsdifferenzierung in Schulen und zu einer professionsorientierten Berufsfelddifferenzierung im Lehrberuf beitragen. So wird zunächst in Postulaten Voraussetzungen und Qualitätsansprüche für die Etablierung und die Ausübung schulischer Spezialfunktionen formuliert. Anschließend werden einige Kandidaten für schulische Spezialfunktionen im Lichte dieser Postulate diskutiert und bewertet und geprüft, inwiefern der Zugang für eine kriterienbasierte Funktionsdifferenzierung tauglich ist. | Abstract (English): | In the article, an analytical approach to identifying, legitimizing, and establishing special functions of teachers that contribute both to an organizational differentiation of functions in schools and to a professional differentiation within the occupational field of the teaching professionis proposed. It starts with the presentation of seven postulates that specify the conditions and quality requirements regarding the implementation and the performance of school-related special functions. Thereafter, the selected “candidates” for such special functions against the background of the postulates are discussed and evaluated. In the concluding section, the extent to which the approach is suitable for achieving a criterion-based differentiation of professional functions is assessed. (DIPF/Orig.) |
