| Abstract (German): | Die Zusammenarbeit entlang der Phasen «Studium», «Vorbereitungsdienst» und «Schulpraxis» wird als wirkmächtiger Mechanismus zur Theorie-Praxis-Verzahnung und Innovationsentwicklung in der Lehrkräftebildung verhandelt. Vor diesem Hintergrund gewinnt das Konzept der Research-Practice Partnerships zunehmend an internationaler Aufmerksamkeit. Der vorliegende Beitrag rekapituliert zunächst zentrale Gestaltungsformen und Leitprinzipien. Daran anschließend werden am Beispiel eines institutionen- und phasenübergreifenden Kooperationsformats, der sogenannten «Entwicklungsteams», Potenziale und Herausforderungen der konkreten Umsetzung diskutiert. | Abstract (English): | Collaboration along the phases «study», «preparatory service», and «school practice» has been discussed as a powerful mechanism for theory-practice interrelation and innovation development in teacher education. Against this background, the concept of research-practice partnerships has been attracting increasing attention in the international discourse. The present contribution first recapitulates its most prominent sub-types and general principles. Second, based on the example of a boundary-crossing collaboration format, the so-called «development teams», we discuss potentials and challenges regarding their implementation. |
