| Abstract (German): | Essen befriedigt das Grundbedürfnis nach Nahrung wie auch nach Liebe, Geborgenheit, Anerkennung und Lust. Mit Genuss wird der kontrollierte, mit Lust der unkontrollierte Speisenverzehr verstanden. Zu hinterfragen ist, aus welchen Bedürfnissen heraus gegessen wird, wenn es nicht der Hunger ist. Nachfolgend wird diskutiert, inwiefern Genusskompetenzen in Anbetracht der altersabhängigen Entwicklung von Genussfähigkeit durch die schulische Ernährungsbildung angebahnt werden können. | Abstract (English): | Eating satisfies the basic need for food as well as for love, security, appreciation, and pleasure. The controlled consumption of food is understood with delight, the uncontrolled consumption of food with pleasure. The question remains: if it is not hunger, which needs determine to eat? In the following, it is discussed to what extent culinary competencies can be initiated through school-based nutritional education regarding the age-dependent development of the capability of enjoyment.
