| Abstract (Deutsch): | Im Beitrag wird die Fachverbund-/Fachgruppenarbeit am Standort der Ruhr-Universität Bochum dargestellt. Die Autor:innen zeigen auf, dass die erforderliche Zusammenarbeit der Akteure im Praxissemester, als kontinuierlicher Prozess verstanden, ein wichtiger Baustein für die Professionalisierung in der Lehrkräftebildung ist und zugleich die Möglichkeit zu einer (neuartigen) Verständigung der Phasen und damit zu mehr Kohärenz in der Lehrkräftebildung bietet – auch über das Praxissemester hinaus. | Abstract (Englisch): | Within university teacher education, the practical semester aims to combine theory and practice in a profession-oriented manner. In cooperation with the centers for practical teacher training (ZfsL) and the schools, the university is responsible for the implementation of the practical semester. Accordingly, the realisation of the practical semester at the individual learning sites university, ZfsL and schools requires a coordination of the training contributions of the three institutions. In order to cope with this task and to continue the conceptual development of the practical semester, subject associations (so-called Fachverbünde) have been established at the universities, in which the representatives of the three learning sites cooperate in subject-related working groups. The article deals with the cooperation of the representatives of the three learning sites within the framework of the subject associations of the training region of the Ruhr-University Bochum. It presents the cooperation’s framework conditions and its supervision as well as the course of the cooperation process. It becomes clear that the cooperation of the subject associations as a continuous process is a prerequisite for enabling professionalisation in teacher education in the practical semester.
