| Abstract (German): | Der Artikel stellt den Ansatz von InWEnt und dem Paulo Freire Institut zur Weiterbildung von Multiplikatorinnen und Multiplikatoren der Friedenspädagogik in Zentralamerika und Kolumbien vor. Die Teilnehmenden kommen aus staatlichen und nicht-staatlichen Organisationen und bringen friedenspädagogische Erfahrungen mit. Die Weiterbildung zielt auf die Reflektion und die Aneignung von Kompetenzen zur Multiplikation der erworbenen Kenntnisse und Methoden. Die regionale Zusammensetzung, die thematische Ausrichtung (Friedenspädagogik, Erinnerungsarbeit, Gender, Interkulturalität und Konfliktbearbeitung), die Lernarchitektur (Lernkontinuum über ein Jahr mit mehreren Kursen und Follow-up) in Verbindung mit dem pädagogischen Ansatz des 'Lernens vom Anderen her' stellen die Besonderheiten des Projekts dar. | Abstract (English): | The article explains the capacity building approach taken by InWEnt and Paolo Freire Institute for the training of multipliers of peace pedagogy in Central America and Columbia. Participants come from governmental and non-governmental organisations and already have some experience in peace pedagogy. The training aims at reflecting and acquiring competencies for the multiplication of knowledge and methods. The regional composition, the topical focus (peace pedagogy, remembrance work, gender, inter-cultural education and conflict management), the learning architecture (continuous learning in various courses over one year and follow-up) in conjunction with the pedagogic approach of 'Learning from the other' are the key characteristics of the project.
