| Abstract (German): | Erlebnisgastronomische Konzepte bieten Potenziale für den fachpraktischen Unterricht mit Auszubildenden gastronomischer Ausbildungsberufe, wenn neben den Konzepten auch fachliche Fragestellungen aufgegriffen werden. Dabei ist - im Sinne eines handlungsorientierten Unterrichts - der handelnde und schüleraktive Umgang mit diesen Inhalten ebenso entscheidend wie die Reflexion der in der Fachpraxis erprobten Elemente der Erlebnisgastronomie. | Abstract (English): | Event catering concepts offer the potential for practical instruction with trainees in catering professions if subject-specific issues are addressed besides the concepts. In the sense of action-oriented teaching, the active and student-active handling of these contents is just as important as the reflection of the elements of event gastronomy that has been tested in practice.
