| Abstract (German): | In der aktuellen Diskussion über "Standards" droht eine Verkürzung auf überprüfbares "Wissen" und eine Verstärkung selektiver Hürden. Der Grundschulverband setzt dagegen einen umfassenden Bildungsbegriff. Seine Empfehlung für nationale Bildungsstandards im Grundschulbereich zielt auf Kompetenzen, mit denen der Bildungsanspruch der Kinder erfüllt wird und Lernmöglichkeiten gefördert werden. | Abstract (English): | The current discussion on standards of education is threatened by a short-sighted focus on testable 'knowledge' and a reinforcing of selective barriers. The elementary school association recommends an inclusive concept of formal education.
