| Abstract (German): | Die Ernährungs- und Verbraucherbildung (EVB) kann wichtige Beiträge zur Agenda 2030 leisten. Der Beitrag stellt ein hierzu entwickeltes fachdidaktisches Konzept vor, bei dem drei theoretische Ansätze (Forschendes Lernen, Virtueller Austausch, Digital Storytelling) verbunden werden, um Lehramtsstudierende zur Reflexion ihres Essalltags anzuregen. Exemplarisch wird dargelegt, wie Studierende der TU Berlin Erkenntnisse aus der Analyse ihres Essalltags zum Austausch mit Studierenden im Globen Süden nutzen. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | Nutrition and consumer education can make important contributions to the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. This paper presents a didactic concept developed for this purpose, combining three approaches (inquiry-based learning, Virtual Exchange, Digital Storytelling) for encouraging students to reflect on their everyday eating patterns. An example shows how students at TU Berlin use their analysis insights for exchanging with students in the Global South. (DIPF/Orig.) |
