| Abstract (German): | Der Klimawandel, an dem die jetzige Ernährungsweise einen wesentlichen Anteil hat, betrifft Jugendliche besonders stark. Sie können aber Gestalter einer veränderten Ernährungsweise sein. Kommunikation ist ein Schlüsselfaktor, weshalb die Anwendung des Schwellenmodells von Kleinhückelkotten und Neitzke (1999) erste Anknüpfungspunkte liefert, um Jugendliche für gesundheitsförderliche und nachhaltige Ernährung zu gewinnen. | Abstract (English): | Our food choices are a major driver in climate change which is particularly going to affect the younger generation. However, they can be designers of a changed diet. Communication is a key factor, which is why the application of Kleinhückelkotten and Neitzke's threshold model provides the starting points to win young people over to a healthy and sustainable nutrition.
