| Abstract (German): | Schulverpflegung – ein (vernachlässigbarer) Teil des schulischen Alltags oder doch ein wichtiger Faktor der formalen Ernährungsbildung? Mithilfe einer Mixed Methods Untersuchung werden Möglichkeiten aktiver Partizipation seitens der Schulgemeinschaft im Gestaltungsprozess der Schulverpflegung aufgezeigt; Spannungsfelder in den Bereichen Genuss und Geschmack, Wirtschaftlichkeit, Nachhaltigkeit und Gesundheit werden erläutert.
