| Abstract (German): | Zukunftsorientiert werden an der Pädagogischen Hochschule Steiermark fachdidaktische Methoden für den Erwerb von Kompetenzen in Ernährungsgeragogik entwickelt. Diese Inhalte zur Ernährung im Alter stehen für Lehrende als Aus- und Fortbildung für den Fachbereich Ernährung in der Berufsbildung orts- und zeitungebunden als MOOCs auf der Lernplattform iMooX zum Selbststudium zur Verfügung. | Abstract (English): | The University of Teacher Education Styria is developing future-orientated subject didactic methods for the acquisition of competencies in nutritional geragogy. The content about nutrition in the elderly can be used as teachers’ initial and continuing education in the field of vocational nutrition education on the iMooX learning platform and provided to them in the form of MOOCs for self-study, regardless of location and time.
