| Abstract (German): | Kompass Education ist eine im Jahr 2008 gegründete Bildungseinrichtung in Kairo mit KITA, Kindergarten und Grundschule. Kurz vor der Corona-Pandemie wurde im Jahr 2019 ein als Senior School bezeichnetes, an die Grundschule anknüpfendes Angebot initiiert. Der vorliegende Beitrag beschreibt die Schule, ihr Konzept und ihre aktuellen Entwicklungsfelder auf Grundlage eines vierwöchigen Besuchs und zeigt auf dieser Grundlage Entwicklungsfelder der Schulentwicklung in den kommenden Jahren.
