| Abstract (German): | Am Beispiel der Nahrungszubereitung erwerben die Lernenden im Unterricht Wirtschaft, Arbeit, Haushalt (WAH) nicht nur fachliche Kompetenzen, sondern sie können auch in der Entwicklung sozialer und interkultureller Kompetenzen gefördert werden. Durch das gemeinsame Kochen und Essen erhalten die Schülerinnen und Schüler einen Rahmen, in dem sie interkulturelle Vielfalt erleben, sich austauschen und voneinander lernen können. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | Using the example of food preparation, learners not only acquire technical competences in Economy, Work and Home Economics lessons, but they can also be encouraged to develop social and intercultural competences.
