Abstract (English): | The learning of participation in society as a declared objective of any pedagogy remains strangely unconsidered in the discussion about inclusive education. Thus, a purely formal-organisational participation in teaching does not naturally lead to greater equality of opportunity, equity of opportunity and, as a consequence, educational equity. In order to teach and learn participation, a multi-perspective, pedagogical approach to participation is needed. Accordingly, we define it as a social-ethical act and concretise it as a central objective in education. Through the praxeological-pedagogical approach to participation moral competences are required for learning and teaching participation. Therefore, the advancement of moral competences seems to be significant in teacher training programs. The considerations are summarised using the example of the Konstanz method of dilemma discussion, which could be promising for strengthening the moral competences of participation orientation in teacher training programs. |
