| Abstract (German): | Die Frage, wie Forschung in der Praxis Wirksamkeit entfalten kann, ist besonders in der Schulentwicklung virulent. Der Anspruch an Forschung ist, einen Beitrag zur Qualitätssteigerung von Schulen zu leisten. Für den Transfer ist die Komplexität von organisationsspezifischen Lernprozessen zu berücksichtigen. Hierzu wird im Beitrag ein Seminarkonzept vorgestellt, das Forschung und praktisch-konkrete Schulentwicklungsaufgaben eng miteinander verzahnt. Als Methode wird dazu Forschendes Lernen mit partizipativ orientierter Forschung verknüpft. Ziel ist es, forschungsbasierte Selbstreflexionen von Einzelschulen im Rahmen von Schulentwicklung didaktisch zu initiieren. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | The question as to how research can become effective in practice is especially significant in the context of school development. Research is expected to provide a contribution to the qualitative enhancement of schools. For the transfer, the complexity of organizational learning processes is to be taken into account. Against this background, the article presents a course concept that connects research and concrete practical tasks of school development. For this purpose, the concept combines research-based learning with participation-oriented research. The goal is to initiate research-based self-reflection of individual schools within the context of school development by means of a pedagogical approach. |
