| Abstract (German): | Der Beitrag knüpft an der jüngsten Diskussion um das sogenannte «doppelte Kompetenzprofil» von Dozierenden an Pädagogischen Hochschulen in der Schweiz an und erweitert diese mit der Perspektive der Berufsbildung. Es wird dargestellt, dass Hochschuldozierende im Bereich der Berufsbildung, die Professionswissen generieren, ordnen und vermitteln, mit ihrem doppelten Kompetenzprofil Wissenschaften und Praxen der lehrenden Berufe und der Ausbildungsberufe verschränken. Ein neu entwickeltes und im Beitrag dargestelltes Referenzmodell bietet Orientierung bei der Rekrutierung, der Nachwuchsförderung und der Professionalitätsentwicklung der PH-Dozierenden im Bereich der Berufsbildung. | Abstract (English): | This article extends the most recent discussion about the so-called «dual competency profile» of lecturers at universities of teacher education in Switzerland with the perspective of vocational education and training. It shows that the dual competency profile of lecturers who generate, organize, and impart professional knowledge combines sciences and practices of both teaching professions and training professions. A newly devised model provides orientation in recruiting, promoting young talent, and developing the professionalism of lecturers in the field of vocational education and training. |
