| Abstract (German): | An der Pädagogischen Hochschule Salzburg Stefan Zweig wird als tertiärem „Zentrum für diversitätsbewusste und inklusive Pädagog_innenbildung“ das Anerkennen von Vielfalt und Sicherstellen von Chancengleichheit großgeschrieben. In diesem Beitrag sollen vor allem anhand des Konzepts der Inklusiven Hochschule und des Hochschulprogrammes BLuE mögliche Chancen und Herausforderungen von Diversität aufgezeigt werden. | Abstract (English): | At the Salzburg Stefan Zweig University of Teacher Education, as a tertiary “centre for diversity-conscious and inclusive teacher education”, the acceptance of diversity and ensuring equal opportunities is a priority.
