| Abstract (English): | The second part of the conversation builds on the discussion of educational philosophy, communication theory and artificial intelligence in education (AIED) that began in issue 64(2) of June 2026. The focus now shifts to questions concerning an enlightened approach to AI, ideological inscriptions, the pedagogical design of media and technology, and the possibilities and limits of co-creation in the classroom. The conversation examines how technological structures, everyday pedagogical theories, and established ideologies can become inscribed in digital learning media—and reproduced through generative AI. Set against this is a critical-reflexive approach to media education that does not seek to adapt individuals to machines through so-called “AI competencies,” but instead makes their structural modes of operation and normative premises objects of critical inquiry. The discussion subsequently turns to questions of emergence, subjectivity, and responsibility: learning is understood as a process of knowing and self-observation, in which individuals can place their own descriptions and decisions up for reconsideration. The conversation between the two education scientists ultimately returns to the question of communication and to an understanding of media literacy that focuses less on the ontological determination of machine capabilities than on the human capacity to critically interpret and responsibly create new media innovations as they emerge.
