| Abstract (German): | In Diskussionen zu Ernährung, Konsum und Nachhaltiger Entwicklung können moralische und emotionale Aspekte auftreten. Doch: Wie soll in der Lehrerinnen- und Lehrerbildung mit solchen Aspekten umgegangen werden und welche (hochschul)didaktischen Anregungen können vermittelt werden? Am Beispiel eines Gesprächsausschnitts aus einer Seminarsitzung zum Thema «Vegetarismus» werden zwei didaktische Konzepte zur Gesprächsführung veranschaulicht und hochschuldidaktische Implikationen und Anregungen ausgeführt. Dabei wird festgestellt, dass aufseiten von Lehrenden an Hochschule und Schule Wissen über einschlägige Gesprächskonzepte und zudem didaktische Kompetenzen zu deren Umsetzung erforderlich sind. | Abstract (English): | Various topics in the areas of nutrition, consumption, and sustainable development include moral issues and can cause emotions. How should teacher education deal with such aspects and what subject-specific pedagogical suggestions can be conveyed to pre-service teachers? Drawing on a passage of a conversation from a seminar session on the topic of «vegetarianism», the article illustrates two pedagogical concepts for conducting discussions and derives implications and suggestions for higher-education pedagogy. This leads to the conclusion that both university lecturers and schoolteachers need knowledge of relevant discussion concepts as well as subjectspecific pedagogical skills in order to implement these concepts in their classrooms. |
