| Abstract (German): | Die Ergebnisse der Längsschnittstudie zum Kohärenzgefühl als Prädiktor für die Wahrnehmung von Lern- und Leistungsanforderungen sowie Mobilisierung sozialer Unterstützung bei deren Bewältigung im Studium zeigen, dass persönliche Dispositionen und Ressourcen der Studierenden eine wichtige Rolle bei der Förderung professioneller Kompetenz angehender Lehrpersonen im Studium spielen und hochschulintern berücksichtigt werden sollen. | Abstract (English): | The results of the longitudinal study on the sense of coherence as a predictor for the perception of learning and performance requirements as well as the mobilization of social support in coping with them during studies show that students’ dispositions and resources play an important role in promoting the professional competence of prospective teachers during their studies and should be taken into account within the university.
