| Abstract (German): | Angesichts der positiven Bewertung, fast schon Euphorie, die die Idee und das Konzept selbstgesteuerten Lernens derzeit erfährt, werden einige Problembereiche, Defizite und offene Fragen aufgezeigt, die bislang in der Diskussion um selbstgesteuertes Lernen wenig beachtet werden. Problembereiche, Defizite und offene Fragen lassen sich sowohl in der Theoriebildung, in der Forschungspraxis und im Hinblick auf Konsequenzen für die pädagogische Praxis zeigen. Daran anknüpfend werden Perspektiven einer (kritischen) Weiterentwicklung sowohl der Theorie und Forschungspraxis als auch der Praxis selbstgesteuerten Lernens in pädagogischen Handlungsfeldern skizziert. | Abstract (English): | In view of present positive assessment of - the almost euphoric approach to - the idea and concept of self-directed learning, the author points to some of the problematic issues, deficits, and open questions which have so far received little attention in the discussion on self-controlled learning although they arise in both theory formation and research practice as well as with regard to the consequences for educational practice. She then goes on to sketch perspectives for a (critical) further development of both theory and research practice and of the practice of self-directed learning in pedagogical fields action.
