| Abstract (German): | "Bildung" und "Standards" zielen auf Dimensionen, die nicht miteinander vereinbar scheinen. In der Tat geht beides nicht gleichzeitig. Deshalb wird vorgeschlagen, "kompetenzorientiertes" und "prozessorientiertes" Lernen zu unterscheiden: In dem einen Bereich sollen individualisiert und nachhaltig Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten erworben werden, in dem anderen stehen soziale Erfahrungen in heterogenen Gruppen im Vordergrund. | Abstract (English): | "Education" and "standards" aim at dimensions which do not seem compatible with each other. Indeed both do not function at the same time. Therefore it is suggested to distinguish "competency-oriented" and "process-oriented" learning: in one area individualized and persistent knowledge and skills are to be acquired, in the other social experiences in heterogeneous groups are in the foreground.
